mPhone products comes with a limited warranty policy. For handset and accessory defects under typical use circumstances mPhone shall provide free of cost repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period.

The Limited Warranty starts from the date of purchase of the product during the warranty period, if any accessory defect is inspected and confirmed by mPhone authorized service centre, a free replacement service shall be provided.
  1. The warranty is only applicable to the actual purchaser of the product. Warranty is not transferable.
  2. The Warranty service will be provided by mPhone depends upon the country where the customer purchased
  3. Warranty service will be provided by the mPhone authorised service centres only. The details of service centres are available at the company website www.mPhone.org
  4. mPhone Bluetooth USB Car Charger purchased from mPhone.in may be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. These products must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be returned for refund. To return a product, please perform the Return for Refund process. Kindly register your product after purchase.
  5. mPhone service centre or agent will examine a customer’s products to identify the reasons of defects. Before submitting any unit for service, customer should back up data and remove any confidential and/or personal information from the product. mPhone is not responsible for damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage media.
  6. While visiting the service centre, please ensure to provide full box kit with IMEI along purchase proof/Warranty Card for warranty service.
  7. This warranty does not cover the following cases:
    • The completed warranty card/ purchase invoice is not presented to the service engineer/Centre at the time of repairs being undertaken / requested.
    • The product is not purchased from an Authorised mPhone sales dealer.
    • If the product serial number, IMEI number or warranty seal is unreadable or has been removed, erased, ruined, altered, and/or tampered.
    • Damages caused by the wrong use of customer, as confirmed by the mPhone Service Centre / mPhone personnel.
    • Unauthorised changes of any nature made in the hardware or software by the purchaser or any other personnel, as identified by the company personnel.
    • Defects caused due to any unforeseen or uncontrollable occurrences like lighting, high/low voltage or while in transit to service centre or to the purchaser's residence.
    • Defects caused by pets or any other animals or insects.
    • Damages occurred in or on the outside surface of the product, like cracks (not limited to), dents or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons and other attachments.
    • Damages occurred by liquid/water logging. (In IP68 devices, water or any liquid entering to the PCB or Motherboard due to improper sealing after battery cover removal).
    • mPhone Band strap getting dirty or damaged due to chemical agents, water, improper handling, sharp objects, accident, abuse.
    • For any other service, other than repair/replacement, such as general maintenance, cleaning battery replacement.
    • Normal wear and tear due to constant usage, including but not limited to rust or stains.
    • Any other unethical business practises which are contradictory to the ethics of the trade.
  8. This warranty will continue and remain applicable only for the balance period of the warranty in the event of repair of any part of the unit. The warranty period is inclusive of time taken to repair and transit of the product.

  9. The customer will be bound to accept the company’s depreciation policy in the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available and will be binding on the customer to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
    • Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.
